Prices are only confirmed in a written quote following a measure. Each quote sets out what’s included, how long it is valid for, and the payment and warranty terms that apply to your job.

Warranties and consumer rights

Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
